Last Saturday we took Makayla roller skating for the first time. There isn't a whole lot to do in Fallon so we were excited to find out there is a roller skating rink here. Everyone told us how bad it was so we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually very nice. We had a blast. I think Makayla expected to put her roller skates on and be able to go around all by herself. She was a little disappointed to find out it was harder than she thought. But over all we had a great time. Obviously Kyle couldn't skate so Ben was the babysitter this time and didn't skate. Maybe next time we can trade.
I was a little worried that Kyle would have a hard time but he loved it!!! All the lights and action going on he was amazed. His favorite part was when Ben and Makayla were playing air hockey. He just watched that puck go back and forth and laughed and laughed. He thought it was hilarious. What a great day!!!

That looks like fun! I also haven't heard too many good things about the roller rink and am glad to hear that it's okay. We take what we can get here! Let's go skating sometime soon. :)
