We had a great Memorial Weekend. We didn't do anything spectacular just stayed at home, got some cleaning done and planted our garden. The weather wasn't quite at nice as we would have liked it to be but it was perfect for planting a garden. Everyone helped out even Makayla and Kyle.
Kyle even enjoyed a taste of the dirt. I guess he didn't quite understand the concept of a garden...eating the vegetables not the dirt!!!

I love those days! productive, but low key enough to enjoy being together. I love Makayla's book. it's so funny to see what's going on in the minds of our kids.
