Hello everyone and welcome to our blog. Adoption is such a huge part of our lives. Right now we are in the process of trying to find our third child through adoption. We have gone through this process twice now with Makayla and Kyle and we love them so much. We are so blessed to not only have them in our lives but their birth mothers, Kyle's birth father and even a couple birth siblings also. Please read about us and enjoy the most important part of our lives with us... Our Family. If you or any one you know is thinking about placing a baby don't hesitate to contact us.

It's time for some more hair ideas!!!  As I have said in the past every time Makayla has a new hairstyle we take a picture so we can remember it and do it again.  Right now we are up to 167 hair dos.  Here are a few more that we love.  Enjoy!!!

She has such beautiful hair! It must be so fun to play with. I still wish that I could make my hands do that amazing stuff. They are just not that coordinated!:) It would help if Alyssa was a willing participant as well! :) Love you guys!

Lori! Her hair is so beautiful! My daughter Kirsten has long beautiful hair but it's still pretty fine so it doesn't stay put. However, when she was really little (even then she had lots of hair), I would put in lots of elastics and make cute little designs in her hair. I had to stop, though, because it felt really weird to me when all of the black women around town would comment and go on and on about her cute "braids." I felt like she was on display, much like a tall blonds would stand out in China or Japan. ha ha
